Day 282 – Estate Restaurant + Bar

Estate is one of those high end restaurant/bars in Santa Monica that I’m not usually into. Their happy hour is so-so, but they do have several specialty cocktails if you’re into that sort of thing. But it’s mostly known for being an overpriced “look at me” type of place. Definitely not my type of scene. The drink was mediocre, nothing to rave about and the bartender while knowledgeable, he didn’t seem friendly. There are probably at least 50 other places in Santa Monica I’d pick before coming here. I’d suggest walking a couple blocks down to Ingo’s Tasty Diner instead. Great happy hour, awesome drinks, etc.
