Day 43 – Mercado Los Angeles

Mercado is a Mexican restaurant/cocktail bar in Santa Monica. The atmosphere isn’t bad, and the bar is decent size, but it’s more of a tequila bar. They do have a full bar, but they aren’t open much. Only about 5 hours a day during the week, longer on the weekends. Not really a place to go for happy hour. While I didn’t have a bad experience, it’s not something I’d go back to. Far too many places to choose from in the same area that trump Mercado.
