Day 314 – The Magic Castle

For those of you who live in the Los Angeles area you will definitely know of The Magic Castle. For everyone else, here’s a little info on it. It’s a private membership place where each day there are different rooms with different magical acts. It’s been there since 1963. Many famous performers have done magic there including Orson Welles. If you ever come across someone who has a membership and they are willing to let you come as a guest, DO IT. Even though there is a mandatory dinner and it’s not cheap, it’s well worth it. The one thing I didn’t realize is that no photography or video is allowed, so I had a friend sneak a photo while at the bar.
