Day 36 – Upper West

I despise this place. I don’t say that often but I hate for how they operate business. So I was in there for happy hour and they have a bunch of these craft cocktails for $7. I ordered a well drink which means LESS work for them, LESS cost to them, and yet they charge $10. Talk about ridiculous. I also ordered my friend a beer which was $5, with tax is was $16.52 and what they do is they don’t give back change, so if it’s over .50, they round up to $17.00 if you pay cash. So by paying with a credit card, it costs me less, but they lose money because they have to pay the credit card fee. Yet by paying cash they actually make less which is stupid as a business. The drinks were nothing special and just on principle I would never go back.
