Day 116 – Karaoke Bleu

I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s the first and only time I’ve been in this place. I hate karaoke and loud noise. This place has both of them even though there were only 2 other people in the entire place. I had to meet a friend of mine down the street at another bar which I had already gone to this year so I figured I’d stop in. It’s in an area called Sawtelle where it’s several blocks of just Japanese restaurants. Most people are waiting to be seated so they pop in here to have a quick drink while they wait. The drink was inexpensive, but the noise doesn’t make up for it. Plus there are only maybe 4 seats at the bar. So no, not a place I’d recommend unless you are hearing impaired. Go down the street and check out the happy hour at Butchers Dog instead.
