Day 113 – Prince O’Whales

Playa Del Rey has several fun dive bars, this is one of them. When you walk in, you can walk to the left or the right, both of which have separate bars. One side has bands that play there (not sure of the schedule), while the other side just has a bar and nothing else. They are both quite small but they used to have a great lunch special many years ago where it was a burger and a beer for like $6. Not sure if that’s still the case, but it’s where the local younger kids go. But you find all walks of life in there. If it’s not your scene you can walk next door to a little more upscale beer and wine place called The Tripel.
