Day 319 – The Oaks Tavern

The Oaks Tavern is a sports bar in Sherman Oaks that also has karaoke and pool tables. I hadn’t been in here since it was the Green Frog a decade ago, but it’s not a bad spot. The bartender was friendly and they have a large selection of booze which was nice. The place was pretty dead when I went around 3pm on a Thursday, but I have a feeling this place can get packed. While they do have a decent selection, I prefer to go to Chimneysweep Lounge up the block. But it isn’t a bad spot.
