Day 354 – Cassia

I have to say this is one of my least favorite spots that I’ve ever been to. It started off fine, I walked in and I was the only one at the bar. I asked for the drink menu and asked what the bartender recommended. He mentioned a drink but didn’t seem enthusiastic at all. Like he hated being at work. Most of us do, deal with it. So I had a drink called the Thai Basil Margarita. It was pretty good. But at $16 a drink it should be great. Then when I was ready to leave there was only one other person at the bar, while there were 2 bartenders and 1 barback and I had to spend time trying to get my check. Even though my glass had been empty for a while. I think the place is very pretentious with people who don’t really seem to care. I could literally walk for 5 minutes and have a dozen other places I’d rather go to that are awesome. Definitely don’t recommend.
