Day 353 – South Beverly Grill

This is another bar/restaurant owned by the Hillstone Restaurant Group. I’ve talked about them before because I have gone to several of their places so far this year. Their locations include Hillstone, Bandera, R+D Kitchen, Houston’s, Honor Bar and many more. This place has a similar theme to all of the others. Their menus tend to have a lot of the same items, but their specialty drinks are different from location to location. This place I went to around lunchtime on a Wednesday and it was insane. The parking you can forget about. Even the valet was a line out the door. I wouldn’t want to come here based on that alone. The service was friendly, but was packed. If you are in the area, what I would suggest doing is going to their other location Honor Bar which is literally next door. But of all their locations I think Bandera I had the best experience at.
