Day 241 – The Castle Sports Bar and Grill

I think I just found my favorite happy hour spot of all time. I don’t usually go to Manhattan Beach but I was at a meeting a mile away and thought I’d stop by the nearest bar. I’m so glad I did. It’s one of those bars that opens at 6 am (just the way I like). They have a long bar, lots of space, several TV’s playing whatever sports is on and a pool table. Surprisingly they also have decent food as well. It’s not going to be 4 star food, but good when it comes to dive bars that open at 6 am. But want to hear the best part? Their happy hour is from 6 am til 9 pm. Yes, you read that correctly, for 15 HOURS. All well cocktails and domestic beer is only $3. How can you possibly beat that? Plus the bartender Jenny was beyond awesome. I will definitely be visiting everytime I’m in the area, and even sometimes when I’m not. 🙂
