Day 79 – The Talpa

Located in West LA, the Talpa is a Mexican bar/restaurant right next door to another Mexican bar/restaurant called Don Antonio’s. Don Antonio’s is usually always busy and popular while The Talpa is more authentic when it comes to the food. But then again, this isn’t a eating blog, it’s a drinking blog, so time to focus on the booze. Walk into the back and head to the bar. There are a few stools and 3 tables. So kind of small, and a decent selection of tequila, but far less of a selection of other booze. If you are just looking to drink, I’d focus on going to San Francisco Saloon.
