Day 80 – Melody Bar and Grill

This was a gem that I was not expecting to find but glad I did. I had to take a friend of mine to the airport early in the morning and thought to myself “what other bars are open early that I haven’t checked out yet” and here I discovered Melody Bar & Grill. This place has been around since 1952, was a popular steakhouse in the 80’s and then became more of a sports bar in the 90’s. They have a large bar, and excellent food selection. I feel like I’m traveling back in time going to this place, in a good way. They open at 7 am during the week and 8 am on the weekends with happy hour being from 4-7 everyday, and a late night happy hour from 10-12 during the week and 12:30 am on the weekend. I highly recommend checking this place out.
